The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), the
New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Suffolk County Department of
Health Services (SCHDS) and National Grid will hold a Public Meeting at the
Patchogue Fire Department, 15 Jennings Avenue, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on
Thursday, March 10, 2011. The session will provide a presentation on the
Proposed Remedial Action Plan (PRPAP) for the Site, respond to community
questions and take public comment about the Plan to be included in the
Project’s Responsiveness Summary. The 30 day comment period on the PRAP will
expire March 25.
Copies of the PRAP and other reports about the site are available for public
review prior to the meeting at Document Repositories at:
At the Public Meeting, representatives of the NYSDEC, NYSDOH, the Suffolk
County Department of Health Services and National Grid will be present to
discuss PRAP and respond to questions from the public.
